Governed-request records can show provider and model attribution, status, latency, estimated cost, policy decisions and findings, depending on the route and retained telemetry. Workspace audit records provide supporting change and decision history.
Prompt and response body retention is off by default. Operational metadata remains available; optional content retention changes the evidence you can inspect and the sensitive material you retain. Choose deliberately.
