Make the next answer better than the last.

Useful corrections should outlive the conversation. Turn proposed observations into reusable organizational knowledge, with a clear distinction between what was suggested, what was accepted and what should be discarded.

A suggestion is a starting point.

Configure knowledge flows to extract observations from selected sources using a chosen vocabulary. Keep supporting sources attached so a reviewer can understand the basis of a proposal.

Accept, update or discard observations, or apply explicit configured approval criteria. Learning here means reusable organizational knowledge—not training model weights.

Keep the correction. Keep its context.

Illustrative correction: an account’s renewal owner has changed. Review the new observation against its supporting source and the existing record, rather than allowing a confident sentence to silently replace organizational knowledge.

Accepted knowledge can inform later authorized retrieval and agent work. Knowledge graph relationships connect observations and entities with supporting provenance; access still depends on the requesting person and scope.

Make conflicting facts visible.

Review conflicting observations with their authority, time and supporting evidence. Resolve the conflict through the configured process instead of treating the latest generated answer as truth.

Temporal versions and insight status help distinguish changed knowledge from an unquestioned permanent fact. Review and configured automation have different roles; every observation need not require a human click.

Evaluate a correction through its whole life.

Bring a source fact, a correction and a conflicting update. Inspect what is proposed, how it is accepted or discarded, and what evidence remains attached.

Ask a later question as an authorized user, then as someone with different access. Assess whether useful context is reused with the right permissions and review state.
